By downloading or using the TrueYardage mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

TrueYardage provides informational yardage estimates based on environmental factors and distances you supply. The App is intended as a planning aid for recreational golf, not as a substitute for professional instruction, course management, or your own judgment on the course.

The App and all outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Weather data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed or incorrect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueYardage and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it in violation of applicable laws. You are responsible for compliance with local rules where you play golf, including device use policies on the course.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
